自己写CSS的“初始化”代码

自己每次写CSS的时候基本都用到了这些代码，像是“初始化”设置一般，设置所有样式内边距，外边距为0，设置字体, 去掉点击虚边框等，整理下，以后用的时候直接复制粘贴过去。
